I live in the weirdest weather state EVER. 84 degrees one day,63 the next. *sigh*.
Nah, I think Michigan holds that partcular honor. I must admit that HiRAD would be necessary here due to lots of local demographics, if only it were a legit piece of technolicrap. The lakes make for some interesting weather here, at least if you live close enough to them.

I only experienced 100+ degree temps once in August 2006 when I was actually in Imperial County, CA (Yes Ana, I drove by Duck Centro on I-8 while on my way to the L.A. area) and it wasn't all that bad. Our Uplander (which we no longer have) said it was 107 when we stopped at a rest stop just past Yuma, and then I saw my first deserts ever!
