I feel so sorry for Ana. I had to give up the two cats I had grown up with since before I started kindergarten back at the end of July '06.

Wow Ana, I am very, VERY sorry to hear this.  :cry3: :cry3:

Is it private information why you gave them up? I would like to know but don't want you posting anything you don't want to in public. :(

If you're stressed out or worried about things in the future, your sleeping patterns will get shorter.  Try to relax for an hour or so before going to sleep.  Turning off lights and playing soft music just before bedtime might help.
I have the same exact problem, and it's only during the week. I usually listen to music or the NOAA weather radio to doze me off a little. I have a clock radio that has an iPod dock port built in to it, so I can just put my iPod in and have my clock radio on sleep.

Well I'm off to another sleepless night. Do you think the weather can be part of sleeping issues?

I tend to not sleep as good during hot and humid weather. I sleep more during the afternoons and less at night.

That stinks. If it's hot I can't sleep at all. Storms and rain actually help me fall asleep despite the noise.

Sometimes they do for me, other times not. One time in 2006 a heavy thunderstorm rolled in around 2AM, waking me up. I couldn't fall back asleep. It was a weeknight too, so I only got 3-4 hours of sleep.

I can't sleep if I'm cold, which I seem to be quite often. It's very common that I'll wear several sweatshirts, a couple pairs of pants, and 3 layers of socks to bed in order to sleep.  :brr:

I appreciate everyone's concerns about what has been going on with me today. It seems that today wasn't my day at all. I know you all thought I had another fight with my BF Adam. It's not true. Besides what Jesse said about my kittens, I've been dealing with so much  :censored: today. So much you can name.

My kittens are now in safe, loving homes now. But I am not allowed to visit them anymore under mom's rules. Soon, Serafina and Abby will be put in a shelter.

I'm also concerned about my future. But I'm gonna leave this part short. I would rather talk about this and more on the departure of the kittens in a PM or AIM.

I never thought so many people would listen to what I have to say. It made me feel good inside that I have friends that care. Yeah....I'm talking about the million IMs I got today from some of you. I was overwhelmed to tell everyone one by one what happened, but being overwhelmed...actually felt good. I wanted to say to everyone of you, thanks for all of your support and lending a shoulder to cry on. It makes me feel that I have so many friends so close to me.

Patrick, Evan, Jonny, Alex, Springy, Jesse, and Billy (Especially Patrick): I thank you all for what you have done for me. I owe you all big time.

Everyone else: I owe you all big time as well. Thanks for sharing your sympathy to me. You guys are just awesome thats all I gotta say.  :worship:   :innocent: :cool3: :salute:

Man, I love CFL's and all. But when they break, they become quite the pain in the ass.
