I'm trying to convince my dad to drive us through either Provo or up in Wyoming (I've heard there's a junior up there). The Wyoming route will take longer, and we'll probably make more frequent stops, which means hopefully more WeatherSTAR clips.

Oh, I forgot to mention, my flight arrived sooo late last night, that my dad just decided to take us to a hotel in Aurora, CO. It was the same exact one as last time. It had satellite with no LDL. :( I took a video of it with my camera (for some reason my tuner couldn't pick up TWC)

Because a lot of people said they have 4000s and Juniors in the rural desert communities. Primarily Junior since it's dry down there and a radar is not needed.

First, there was a US Cable notification on TWC saying the channel is down for technical difficulties, and while it was down I heard IntelliStar narration...

Now it's static with no STAR.

Maybe the XL is down, and he's getting an intellistar from another nearby headend.

What really sold me about the upgrade was that 1) the IS narration came in a few times during the static, and 2) We heard beeps that sounded the exact same as the IS boot up.
