I see a Comcast van parked in my subdivision everyday. Looks like maybe there's a Comcast technician who lives around here. 

Yeah I have a Comcast guy living right up the street from me too. There is one positive to that-if you become friends with him he might give you free cable!

I just clicked "report a problem" on my email recipt. Will they send me a better quality version of the song? If not, will they give me my money back?

They should on cases like this. Although I'm not sure. Which song gave you the problem? A few I purchased had probelms too.

What kind of STAR testing? State tests or actual WeatherSTARs?
