I've used Chrome since 2010, never going back.

Wise choice! :)

I also jumped on the Chrome bandwagon about a year ago on my laptop. However, I remain with IE 6 on my desktop.

.4% of Americans do too! http://www.ie6countdown.com/

Looks like only 1 in 250 computers have IE 6 still in the US. But over 20% in China!

I stopped using Firefox and Seamonkey a long time ago. I now use Chrome all the time.  ;)

I was emailing with a salesman from a used cable headend equipment recycling place, and they're willing to give me a WeatherStar JR (however with no keyboard) for $390 plus $22 shipping... Even half that is way too much.

I've been a Gecko user for nine years. I've used Chrome (and Safari) before, and I just prefer the way Gecko renders webpages compared to WebKit. Furthermore, I think Chrome is just too simplistic and watered down for my liking. As a power user, I much prefer the intricacy that is offered by Firefox and SeaMonkey.

Hope all of you had a good Labor Day break.  I didn't have any days off this holiday weekend.  It just shows how different life can be for me compared to many other people.  For those of you starting school, good luck with everything.

I, unfortunately, don't get any holidays off.  Ah, the joys of retail.

And Florida has far fewer holiday pay days than Massachusetts has.  And no blue laws, either, which means I don't get time and a half on Sundays like I did in Massachusetts.

Most people I know had to work yesterday. With the exception of schools and non essential government jobs it seems to be a forgotten holiday.

$50 is generous for those machines.

Hope you get more time off soon, I can only imagine how stressful the job could be sometimes, especially with active weather.

I'll be starting my sophomore year of high school tomorrow, at 7:25 AM. Summer break went by really fast. However, I'm pretty much ready for school to start.

I'm also starting my sophomore year of high school tomorrow as well and almost at the same exact time. I start at 7:20AM. It was the best summer of my life so far and it went pretty quick I have to say.

There was apparently a shooting right down the street from me. Police Helicopters and local news are all over it.

But then again what else is new. There's always something going on in that shopping plaza where it took place smh. :itsok:

All of you guys just starting school, and I'm already three weeks in. :bleh:

And Patrick, there are plenty of people who had to work the entire holiday weekend, so I pretty sure you don't have to say you were one of the only few.

I start class tomorrow. I just moved in earlier today and am just chillin' in my room. Unfortunately, it's pouring cats and dogs outside so I couldn't venture out much today.
