Nope.  Tomorrow is only day 4 in a 7-day stretch.  But my one day off will be coming soon...  I just have to wait until Tuesday.  :censored:

I am not, but if doesn't really bother me because I only have 3 hours of classes, ending at 12:30, and then I will be going home for the weekend! :D

I'm currently in the middle of my break with family, but I'll be working a long stretch of shifts over the next two weeks.  Sorry that I haven't been around so much for those who usually see me online.

Hey Everyone! Haven't been in here for a couple of days b/c I've been quite busy lately. I'm finally getting my graphics card replaced in my workstation by Dell this week. It was bascially on it's last legs Thursday and I decided to arrange for it to be replaced. I'm so happy about that.  B)

They're replacing the one I had before which was an ATI/AMD FirePro 3D V4800 (1GB). I loved this card when I first got it. Hoping the replacment makes me look at it the same way.  :)

So you're basically getting the same card back in return?  :dunno:

It's a replacement. This card is a pretty decent card and I can play Railworks 3 on Highest/Max settings with 30-60FPS. This game unfortunately does not take advantage very well of multi-core processors but rather higher frequency speeds with the current version. If this one doesn't do so hot (No pun intended [the other had a serious overheating issue]), I'll either get them to replace it again or try and just buy a better one.

Hello, all.  I can't even remember the last time I posted on the forums, but just thought I'd come by and see what's up, especially since I've noticed some changes on TWC.  Good Lord.

Anyway, I've been very busy with college, more busy than I ever thought I would be.  I didn't think that being at a university would be such a dramatic difference from the community college.  I am having the time of my life, and am loving every minute of it.  Being a meteorology major is tough stuff.  By the end of this summer I will have FINALLY finished my math sequence!  Also this summer, I'll be doing an internship at one of the local television stations I grew up watching, and I cannot wait!  I have one more year left and I will be a meteorologist, it's amazing how fast it goes.

Martin, I LOVE that graphic you posted about the winter and transitioning into the new season.  This winter did make me very angry and frustrated.  But hey, it happens.  We can always look forward to next year, right :P

Hope all is well with everyone else!  Have a fantastic Easter.

I hope everyone had a FABULOUS Easter Sunday!  Unfortunately, it rained in Dallas (though it was partly sunny in the morning), so the weather wasn't the best.  But I saw sun peaking through the clouds today on my drive back to Norman, so I have experienced mostly sunny, cloudy, rainy, and stormy conditions today.
