I find HP laptops great....I have had no problems whatsoever, including after getting Windows 7 put on it.

I am satisfied with my HP laptop overall except the fact it's x64 and I use a lot of x32 programs and the graphics tend to flash whenever I watch Youtube videos a lot. >_<

Currently under our first Tornado Warning of the year!

On the subject of HP laptops. I got a dv6000 in July 2007 and by April 2008, it was dead. Overheated and needed a new motherboard, graphics card, and wireless card. I got a Dell Inspiron 1525 after that, had haven't had a problem with it.

Every time I send it in they basically replace everything in the laptop. I really think my laptop is cursed.  :cry3:

would anyone happen to have the storm alert icon that was once on weather.com with the two boxes and the words "storm alert?"

I'm not sure if that's clear enough, it was used around 2003-2005.

Got my 3rd generation Touch today. Very snappy! Glad I got the generation with the upgraded processor. Man my iPhone 3G feels like a slow, bloated brick! The kinda-sorta multitasking is nice too

It may be time for me to upgrade to a 3rd generation iPod touch. I am still using my 1st gen. Don't get me wrong, it works great. Durable and blockish :P

That was the last regular iPod I had before getting an iPhone. I remember getting my first iPod in 2002, a 10GB one and it cost somewhere in the balpark of $400! I wish I still had it... http://www.everymac.com/systems/apple/consumer_electronics/stats/ipod_2ndgen.html

The first iPod I had was a iPod Mini (They are NOT mini... that is the fattest iPod to date  ). Then in 2007 I bought a Samsung YP-K3. I loved that thing, but then it stopped uploading music randomly... so thats when I got my iPod touch in 2008 and had it to date. Definatly time for an update

Anywho, I watched Wake Up With Al today for the very first time. For being a bit of a news segment, I was very occupied watching it. I should wake up earlier to watch it  :bleh:

You could try the xoap.weather.com site. I don't know if you're looking for a banner or just an icon...it might take some searching, but that site usually has everything from weather.com since 2003 or so.

LOL, I never understood why people always "need" to have the latest iPod. I've had mine for five years and it still suits me well. All I need it for is to listen to music. :P

Just found out from the Kyle master (aka Kyle Smith :P), that a 5.5 earthquake just happened a few min ago! I'm impressed to find that it's been felt by a large number of places, such as VT, NY, OH, MI and parts of Canada. The epicenter was in Ottawa.

Anyone in that area felt the shaking? Since I'm an earthquake veteran and I'm used to this, I'm pretty sure it would have been scary for those who felt it. lol
