The Thrillers continue to dominate again as we won our first double header! We beat BOTH the Brawley Unknowns and the Imperial Wildcats! (1st game: 7-10, and 2nd: 5-8). We stand at 2 losses, 3 wins in the season. On Tuesday we go back to the top of the list and play against the undefeated (afaik) Duck Centro Angels again.

The rice trick didnt work, as I stated in my last post.. I used the power of the sun to get it working again. It was half-alive when I took it back inside, but it was working again when I charged it.

Now I noticed that the battery is dying a lot faster and it's a bit glitchy. AIM mobile works, but I keep signing off automatically. But all I know is that the camera, text and mic is working perfectly, the rest of the features, I dont care.  :bleh:

Ana, I'm glad to hear that your team is starting to heat up now, and it's good that the sun saved your phone.  I've hardly seen the sun lately thanks to the following news:  The NWS just confirmed that July 2009 is the wettest July ever in Albany's history with 9.91".  The previous record was 9.37" from 1871, and rainfall records have been kept here since 1826! :blink:

so I attended SOAR (student orientation advising and registration) at my school today...and i must say; its a buzz kill.

lol i was so stoked to go to college and after today i'm sorta like ughhhhh!

College can seem very intimidating at first.  Just make sure to manage your time for both academics and fun, Al.
