Well, I'll see how long this videos lasts. I'm going to use Dailymotion now for songs that I know are copyrighted. Here's one that I've wanted to have on Youtube, but would've been deleted after one day.

It's still processing.

I can see it fine when I'm logged in.

That's an issue with dailymotion. It takes a while.

Lately some YouTube videos have been really slow on my iBook laptop. They often not play smoothly and sometimes the video freezes but the audio plays fine. This is also only on certain videos, and they're slow whether or not I have high quality enabled. I only have Firefox open too. Any ideas?

Try adding &fmt=6 to the end of the video URL. That should get you a smoother video, but lower quality.

Is it me or does it seem like Paul Goodloe is nervous and messes up a lot on air lately?

Big news everyone-

while Gary recovers from illness (and I do hope it is going well), I will be undergoing oral surgery, or wisdom teeth removal shortly here at 8:00 AM EDT. My brother had had it done during our XL daze (term I use to refer to pre-Intellistr days) and I was told it was very painful. Due to the fact that I did not sleep well at all last night (barely over 3 hours), the pain from the procedure, and possibly effects from anesthetics, I will be sleeping much of the day. Please wish me luck in recovering, it will take a few days.

Wow Aaron, I do wish you luck. A friend of mine just had his pulled out, but everything went fine.

Anyways...2morrow is my eye lasik surgery and I am starting to get a little nervous. Adam keeps telling me to just keep taking breaths and I will be fine.

Good luck to both of you with your surgeries, and I hope you both recover quickly.

Good Luck with the wisdom teeth surgery.  I was SUPER nervous when I got mine out.  Nothing hurts until you fully wake up from the anesthesia.  The surgery onlu took 20 minutes, but I didn't come out of the anesthetics until 25 minutes after the surgery.  Prepare to be very emotional :P, and you will look like a chipmunk for a couple of days.

Also, good luck with the eye surgery, Ana.  I hear it is TOTALLY worth it

Wow, good luck, Aaron. Just keep in mind the sooner you get the wisdom teeth out, the better. And same for you, Ana. I wish you the best.  B)

Thanks everyone. It did not take long at all, and is not painful as of yet. The surgery itself took 25 minutes, and I took an additional 25 as well for the anaesthesia (laughing gas) to wear off. My mouth is now excessively bleeding, butI am okay for now. Good luck to you Ana on your surgery.

Seriously, what the hell is with all these major fatal air crashes this year? Now a jet crashed in the Indian ocean..and reports say only a toddler survived.

Good to hear the surgery went well Aaron, and good luck with yours Ana! I'm due to have my bottom wisdom teeth removed soon, they're completely impacted as of my April appointment.
