I ALWAYS get 7 hours of sleep, no matter my stress levels are. I know it's better to get 8 than 7. Like today, I went to sleep at 3:30 AM, and woke up at 10:30. See, that's 7 hours right there.

11:30-7:30 are my normal sleeping hours BTW.

If you're stressed out or worried about things in the future, your sleeping patterns will get shorter.  Try to relax for an hour or so before going to sleep.  Turning off lights and playing soft music just before bedtime might help.
I do that with my ipod, doesn't always help.

Yeah, if I get really worried about something, not much seems to work for me either.  I was just giving general advice, but every person may require their own unique ritual to fall asleep.

But I keep waking up too early. It's hard to fall back asleep. There has to be SOME kind of solution out there.

You could also just get over it. If your waking up early, you have more time to accomplish daily tasks. I would love to be able to sleep for only 7 hours without the aid of an alarm clock.

Again, I hear you. I have the exact same problem. Now that I think about it, what number1twcfan said is probably a good idea. Just get more done in the time you have, and you will tire yourself out earlier than you would otherwise. Make some video, etc.

Could be because  I have school still. My sleep patterns are normal during summer.

Does anyone remember what week in January "Why I Love Winter Week" started? I have two LF videos from then that I uploaded and I'm trying to figure out what week it was, the promos in the video said it was starting the following week after the LFs I recorded.

It was the last week of January.  There's a thread mentioning that it started on January 26th under the Programming board.

Does anyone else have a Goodwill store by them? They recently opened one up around here a few months ago, and I got some rare (sorta) computer stuff today for just $9! :thrilled:
