If you're stressed out or worried about things in the future, your sleeping patterns will get shorter. Try to relax for an hour or so before going to sleep. Turning off lights and playing soft music just before bedtime might help.

But I keep waking up too early. It's hard to fall back asleep. There has to be SOME kind of solution out there.

If your waking up early, you have more time to accomplish daily tasks. I would love to be able to sleep for only 7 hours without the aid of an alarm clock.

Does anyone remember what week in January "Why I Love Winter Week" started? I have two LF videos from then that I uploaded and I'm trying to figure out what week it was, the promos in the video said it was starting the following week after the LFs I recorded.
