How come there is no narration on the IS during primetime hours? The XL retains the narration.

A few weeks ago, I got almost two hours of footage during an overnight IntelliStar outage.
There should be no narration on the IS during the overnight and daytime hours as well.

I got like 4.6GB of video that night.
