The STAR 4000 is just a mere paperweight unless you have an uplink via C/Ku band satellite to TWC's analog feed, since it downloads everything through satellite (including the graphics). So be aware of that before you buy the unit and attempt to operate it.
EDIT: I will say, that 4000 is overpriced. A headend could probably buy a refurbished STAR XL or IntelliStar directly from TWC for less than that.
Maybe he wants the extra money to pay some bills.
As much as I would like to have a 4000, I wouldn't know the slightest first thing to do with it, it would just be a pile of dust sitting in my room.
EDIT: Is all FOX O&O stations in partnership with Accuweather also? I noticed last month or the month before our is. I noticed from that link it says it's coming this summer. So I'm basically going to have two Accuweather channels here?
