I think we've figured out what the problem with our internet after my mom called my ISP. We had our DSL modem plugged in to a filter (where you can plug the phone and the modem into a single phone jack), and the person on the phone told us to get rid of the filter, and plug the modem directly into the jack. We think the filter may have been bad. They're going to send out a new filter, and it should arrive here in a few days. After that, we'll try that filter, and see if it works. If it doesn't, they'll send a technition to our house. Hopefully, the problem will be fixed soon!
