For you Twitter users (who aren't following me :club:), I have changed my Twitter name to @WeatherJRFan. I won't change any of my profile fields because it's just a temporary name. I changed it for my love and jealousy of the WeatherSTAR Jr. :D

Last sunday was VERY fall like here. Temps only reached the upper 50's, and there was even some rain! I think it totaled up to be a little less than half an inch here, but still it's something! Perhaps this is a sign of things to come.... At least I hope it is....

so, i hate saying that i'm sick...but i'm deathly ill.  :P

it seems like my allergies kicked everything off last week, add to that the stress from college work, and throw in some drama...it's practically an equation that'll only equal to sickness.

i plan on going to the clinic after my class which ends at 1 (FML), so maybe they'll just confirm its my allergies, but rumor has it that Dallas / Ft. Worth has been hit hard by the H1N1 virus, or so that's what a few of my friends have said (from there) anyway i have to head off to math, and hopefully feel better.

Ugh, I can't wait for our fall to start (we have to wait for mid to late October <_<). I'm soooo tired of the heat and these storms.

Yikes Al!!! I really hope you feel a lot better. Yeah...been hearing that the H1N1 virus is starting to kick in. My college is starting to set some precautions for this flu season. Not sure if I'm required to get vaccinated, but I hope not because I hate shots!!!!! Yeah, I agree that illnesses add the stress to your college activities. Just get plenty of rest, and take lots of breaks. If you feel really really sick, don't leave your dorm.  ;)

I agree with Ana. Use plenty of hand sanatizers and avoid contact with anyone who seems to be coughing excessively. I plan to get the shot but I too hate shots, vaccine shots are generally very painful as well.

I say get the shot when it becomes available if you're that worried about it. You either have to worry about a few seconds of pain when you get the initial shot, or you have to deal with weeks if not months of pain caused by the flu.
