I saw at another forum that it was by Westar Music, but I can't find it anywhere on that site.

I have family in Chicago, so I've seen CAN-TV...what a time warp!

Post by: wxWindsor on April 09, 2009, 12:42:59 PM: I've been a TWN fan since about 1996, have been watching since probably 1995. First saw it in 1993 on a vacation to the East Coast of Canada where the hotels had cable.
So heres a list of TWN music with Local Forecast playlists dating back to Winter 1991/1992. Some are incomplete as not all music has been found yet, but as you can see, they used to play more than one song, lol.

Awww, just my luck. :( Do you have any clue which library it might be from? I'm not too familiar with TWN's music....

That library is likely not DeWolfe, Killer Tracks (Network Music, Match Music, etc), or Westar because I've been through those ones and have not found them. The list includes some music pieces used in 2000 - 2003. Also some music used in Local Forecasts from 1995 and Primetime Local Forecasts from 1996-1998.

Sorry, I don't know that one off the top of my head. If I had to guess, I would say maybe in DeWolfe Library no later than CD 175 or so.

I hope I'm not steering this topic away too much. If I am, could one of the admins split this off to a new topic?

I have a feeling it's in the Dewolfe library, since according to your list of all the TWN songs, many songs from this era came from the Dewolfe library. However, I have no idea which section to even begin looking in. :dunno:

It's not in the list that someone had up with all the songs and when they were on but I'm sure someone will remember this. It's called "Liberty (Seasonal) Composed by C. Palmer and is available through National Music.

So happy I found this took forever though :dance:
