This guy ripped my Patrick O'Hearn video, and uploaded it under HIS name.  He didn't give me credit, nor did he say where he got it.  He even has MY video saved under his favorites, and he still ripped it! 

I sent him a message, letting him know what will happen, if he doesn't take it down.  Could you guys, please, back me up and do the same?

It really bothers you that much Chris? I would rather have someone steal my videos then stick "Martin" all over them and ruin them. I mean the content is not not your content and it is against the rules to post copyrighted material (like a song) on YouTube anyway. So I would not fret over such little things.

Well we do go through the work to set up our tuners and record it.

But the one she uploaded was an original, and it had no credit.

I'd only get angry like that if someone took a clip I watermarked, and gave no credit. :sunglasses:

People such as Felipe Ignacio Lutariano are the ones I should worry about because they steal videos all the time.

That's why certain songs get you a copyright claim message as soon as you upload them. I've gotten about 5 or 6 claims with the new account I have.

I got notices from using music by The Rippingtons, Bernie Williams and Norman Brown.

I've upload many songs to Youtube and the artists actually liked it. It made them happier like SounDoctrine and Joe Loskota to name 2.
