I turn my scanners channel/freq. to 119.17500 and this is what I heard.

The weather observations are self updated automatically.

It might actual be the NWS, not an airport. Though the NWS's weather stations generally operate in the 160-170mhz range.

The beginning of the transmission says Toledo Suburban Airport

I hear the message every 5 or 7 seconds. Updates conditions in a timelike fashion. Whenever the next Zulu time portion occurs
