In Monroe County Michigan. A large strech of Rauch Road has finally been repaved. The strech they fixed was one of the worst sections. This section LITERALLY had potholes that were about 1 to 2 feet deep. These potholes were strewn all over this particular section.

BTW This is an old link. The really bad section has been repaved. This is just so you can see the small pothole picture. The info in the article about how rauch was built however is accurate and possibly worth reading. (or not if you don't feel like it)

Here is another link to a different website with another Rauch Road Picture. On this site the guy actually tells his story of when he drove his car on the strech before it was repaved.
