Just wondering, what is xoap.weather.com? Is it any different than weather.com? Forgive me, I'm still fairly new to computer stuff and terms. I get the same thing when I type in both the addresses. And here is my desktop BTW

It takes time to be at the same level as everyone to learn about computer technology. Heck, my mom thinks I am a technology expert!
BTW xoap.weather.com is, in my perspective, a site where it had old TWC stuff stored...Josh showed me a link of that the other night.
