It's an XP beta. The codename for Winders XP was Whistler.
I called it Winders because that's what most Apple fans call it. :bleh:

What phone do you have? It looks like something that's a tiny bit old because that seems like Android 1.6.

T-Mobile G1. It is running Android 1.6, which is the highest officially supported on it. I could root it and install 2.2, but I'm not. :P
