The only time I cut my lights and computers off, is when I go to sleep. That is 4-7 hours all on its own.
No way...what's the point of doing this if there's daylight? No one would turn on the lights in their homes during daylight hours anyways...

I am not sure if it applies to every time zone or a certain time zone. (When I mean every time zone, East Coast will have their hour, then three hours later West Coast will have their hour, etc)
Why? That doesn't make sense.

So, whenever it's 8:30 PM local time for you, you flip the lights off to observe this hour. I'm not wild about this whole idea either for the reason I gave several posts ago here in this thread.
