As I try to decode that, no correcting people doesn't make them sad, however, the manner you approached (using kthxbye at the end) is a put down which is rude.

It would make the text on the video wall too difficult to read, as it was almost difficult to read on a 20" CRT television...

Yeah, remember the Holiday Travel L-bar they had last year? Half the forecast information on the right side of the screen was cut off on a CRT TV. Kind of annoying, IMO.

So the magic date is 12/31, eh? Interesting. I have yet to see any such message for my WeatherPlus affiliate.

My affiliate's WX+ already ended two months ago. I'm still getting the national feed, and everytime I tune to WX+ more information disappears. Right now the current weather icons and daypart forecasts on the L-bar are blank. The picture also frequently goes black for a few seconds.
