OK, back to the NBC Weather Plus topic here:

Although live streaming online is eliminated, ABC affiliate WFAA-TV has launched News 8 Now (formerly Xpress 8.2) online. It shows not only weather, but also the latest news headlines, sports and traffic with local newscasts at the top and bottom of every hour (from 8:30AM to 11:00PM). They also interrupt regular programming for breaking news and severe weather coverage.

according to wikipedia, the shutdown is the next monday. someone is recording the last days of wx+?

NBC WeatherPlus is still local in the Southeast Wisconsin area as of November 28th.

The National version of WeatherPlus is already showing signs that it is about to cease operations. The icons on the current conditions portion are missing, and some of the title bars on the maps are blank (no text).
