But, I did go into details, several of them. You're just trying to find things to blame on me...

You went into no detail whatsoever about HOW you knew what you knew. Mike defended you by saying that he couldn't say how you knew either. Telling us something does no good if you can't ell us how you know it. And telling us things like "I'd rather not say" or "I have confidential sources" doesn't benefit anyone here in the least.

Let's not go into playing the sob game. Oh your a big meanie. Oh your just trying to find something to blame me for. I thought we were above that.

Anyways, back on topic...

Does anyone know what name of the computerized unit used on Wx+? You know, the "L" bar.

Thanks for believing me, Mike.

Gary, Kyle, we all know I do occasionally talk to a few select folks at the STAR Team. They are my information source. So if you're calling me a liar, you're essentially calling them liars too, neither of which I appreciate. I'll say nothing more, because obviously my contributions to this thread aren't welcome.

What do you mean by "timing errors" Tyler? Do you mean they weren't appearing during the right time - during the BWTL promo that everyone else sees before an OCM segment?
Yes, during the BWTL promos. The Weatherscan spot would either end the local early, have the Weatherscan spot play with local music behind it, and then viewers would see the end of the BWTL spot; OR it would start late, causing the spot to continue late over national programming.
I believe you.

Who cares if/what sources, insider info is better than no info.  :thrilled:

Like my NBC buying TWC info, which NO ONE believed. And look what happened.

Its not that I didn't believe it. As I told you then, I can't deal in speculation. When you guys have to make a big secret out of your source and can't give any details on how you got the info I can't give you any credit! Its difficult to give credit for info that can't be verified! That's why I wait until a public source releases the info. That wayI KNOW I'm not playing the speculation game.

Here it's WCAU-10 WeatherPlus on ch. 247. I do not get Wx+ in Bensalem because I do not have digital cable there, but it's undoubtedly the same WeatherPlus there since its in the same area.

No WeatherScan, no Wx+.  What is the NBC affil has a radar image with NOAA Wx Radio audio.

WSBT has a weather channel tht could be a good model for a combo of the two; maybe I can get a clip.

WPVI-TV used to show StormTracker 6 with NOAA Weather Radio until the AccuWeather Channel debuted in 2005.

Here, we have Weatherscan, NBC Weatherplus (through WPXI), Weather and Traffic Watch 4 (through WTAE, affiliated with the Accuweather Channel format), and a local ad channel with NOAA Weather Radio in the background.
