Some of the NBC stations now carry Weigel Broadcasting's "This TV" which contains some old MGM movies and children's programming from Cookie Jar (Formally DIC Entertainment).

I'm guessing NBC just doesn't give a crap about their final days of NBC WeatherPlus... There's so many empty icon slots... and the titlebar issues seem to have been alleviated... I wonder where they're getting the data from now that they ceased operations?

reports are saying it'll be closing the 31st, so in all likelyhood, yes, Wednesday is its last day.

KJRH has kept its Weather Plus channel, and has even changed the graphics. Last time I checked, it was no longer receiving the national feed, and is now entirely local.

It's odd how you're getting weather icons though, I haven't seen icons on the current weather portion of the squeezeback in the past month or so.

My affiliate can't give up on WX+.  Today they just relaunched the channel and it's 100% local and is 85% commercial free!  I have a screen shot asap!

I just saw a "WeatherPLUS" Weather Update here on the local Orlando NBC station..?

The WeatherPlus channel has disappeared here.

WxPlus still remains here, but there's no national content anymore. It's all local content generated by the local affiliate.
