Mono to Stereo Sound Converter

:unsure: Does anyone know where I can find a decent Mono to Stereo Sound Converter for non trial or registry use?
I've gone off on a journey to be a moderator at another forum, but this place will forever remain home for me~

Impossible. You can't add an audio channel that was never there at the time of recording.

That makes no sense. It would still be mono.
