They had several video options. the Apple TV/Video System, which provided a TV Tuner (with a coaxial connection) and a Video Card (With RCA and S-Video inputs). Both are installed together in seperate slos.

Pics.

The remote that comes with it is cool. You can turn on the Mac from it, change channels, volume, inputs, and even open the application.

Also, any other TV remote works on it too!

Of course not. The Lisa is FAR from meeting the requirements for OS X.
