I like mine. I plan on getting a 17" MacBook Pro when i graduate 8th in June.

Yes they're no longer in prodcution. I like it that they're lightweight and compact
So are MacBooks (and if you're looking for EXTREMELY lightweight and compact, the MacBook Air, it's only 3 pounds! :o) ;)

The later iBooks were so plain looking. It was almost 100% white. I liked the "clamshell" ones that came in different colors.

Same here. I'd rather have something sleek than something with all the colors of the rainbow (no offense to the Clamshell iBooks ;)).
