Title: Local Weather Man Arrested

This guy has been the chief meteorologist for over twenty years, I believe for NEWS10.  If you watch the video, he doesn't seem to be concerned about his current situation.  I know, I would be.  How sad.

All charges have been dropped.  No alcohol in blood and legal prescriptions for drugs found in blood. :dunno:
