How many weather radios do you own?  I own three: Midland WR-120, Midland WR-100, and an old Midland 74-109.

Only one, but it covers radios across all 50 states. There's an iPhone app out that pushes alerts to you and broadcasts radio feeds (assuming there is an internet connection).

I own two actual weather radios, but if you wanna get technical, my all-band scanner can do weather radio frequencies.
I've gone off on a journey to be a moderator at another forum, but this place will forever remain home for me~

I used to have one of those scanners a long time ago.  (One of those 1980s-era models that was the size of a small house.)  The most interesting listening was when the school buses were running and the drivers had to talk to dispatch about something.  :)

I used to have several weather radios growing up when other family members got them for me as Christmas gifts, but I bought my own radio back in 2006.  It's a Midland WR-100, which is the only one I use now.

I have a Midland WR-100, a generic one from Radio Shack, and a police scanner that is equipped with NOAA Weather Radio.

We have a couple of marine radios with it built in, boat stereo has it and I have one that I got as a gift ages ago.

How many do I use? 0. Might turn one on for amusement once in a while.

Unfortunately none, I really need to stop procrastinating and get around to getting one. It seems like severe weather season tries to outdo or outpace the one from the year before.

Well, I own one at home, but I couldn't tell you the model name. :P  I've always referred to it as a "NOAA Weather Radio," but from looking at Trevor's post, it looks like that doesn't refer to the model but the broadcast station.

Right - NOAA doesn't make the radios.  :)

The NWS isn't even allowed to manufacture their own weather radios as it causes a conflict between the government and private sector business.  So, they have to refer you to private companies for weather radios.  However, if you have any normal radio scanner that could pick up the seven frequencies that NOAA Weather Radio is broadcasted, you'll be able to hear it.

I also have one other radio that has "Weather Band". Although I got one NOAA broadcast from Dallas, I couldn't get the other from Fort Worth. I'm assuming that the 'WX Band' tuning is outta alignment.

There are currently seven VHF stations used for NOAA weather radio broadcasts.  Older radios may have as few as four.  VERY old radios will have only one.
