Hartsville, South Carolina. We usually have some of the cheapest gas around. But then again, who said $3.27 was cheap?  :rofl2:

It's been holding steady around $3.35-$3.45 here in the past week or two, with some as low as $3.25.

Currently my state has the second lowest gas prices on average, behind only Wyoming by about 3 cents.

$3.47 still.

Sometimes gas is cheaper about 20 miles to my south in Toledo, OH, where it usually averages $0.12 less than in southest Michigan.

Remember how we thought THIS was cheap?

Regular: $3.47
Premium: $3.74
Diesel: $4.19

:)

That's cheap. As of last night, it was still $3.69 for regular here.

Arco/BP Gas Stations are the only ones that have gas prices at $3.89-3.95 a gallon. The rest of them have $4 gas prices.

To follow up from Josh's post above, we shouldn't be dependent on just one source for energy.  Let me give you all some numbers I looked up to think about here:  70% of electricity in the United States comes from fossil fuels alone (coal, natural gas, and petroleum).  Meanwhile, about 90% of France's electricity comes from their own nuclear plants, hydro plants, and other renewable resources.  They don't have to rely on foreign sources nearly as much.  Why can't we be like that?

Anyway, regular unleaded gasoline is $3.26 per gallon in my area today.
Damn right! Nuclear is the way to go. Safe, clean and efficient. France even recycles the fuel rods they use in their plants.
Nuclear energy is amazing. It's just misunderstood...
Anyways... I've seen $3.60 earlier. I also have seen $3.52 in South Lansing.

Well, after seeing the Japan crisis, it's not happening since-
  • It has brought alot of fear, therefore people will vote against it.
  • The oil loophole I mentioned earlier.
  • We won't stop until the last drop of oil/coal/gas is gone.
  • It's too heavily relyed on.

Also, $3.58 at my nearby Shell.

I noticed alot of gas stations are changing their signs to electric now since the prices skyrocketed.
