Better leave on that protective plastic film unless you want a whole bunch of scratches on the screen.

the film was only in one piece, so i couldn't really leave it on. i'm careful with it though. I'm going to get a protective cover for it.

My last ipod only had one very small scratch on the screen, only visible from a certain angle.

That's a cool Video Ipod. My cousin has a black one too.
