I sometimes like school.
I can't really explain why.  I guess I just think of the future..and that is what keeps me going.

High school was very overwelming for me, but eventually..i got used to it, and kept thinking about the future.  I've gone too far to end it now.

High school is becoming too much for me. I don't know wether to drop out or not,
Don't drop out. :)

Agreed.Tough it out. It'll be worth it when its over.

Al, I'm not offended because I know you have a habit of running your mouth without having any clue what your talking about.

And, just so your clear, there are many good reasons for dropping out.

First off I wasn't directly pointing the finger at you...I know people drop out, for personal reasons...secondly care to explain why you even went to school for elementary...then for junior school to then just drop out of high school and have those years wasted? Using your parents as an excuse is not void. that post wasn't meant to be put in a rude way, though after re-reading it, it did sound rude.

I apologize if my post sounded rude to anyone.

I didn't use my parents as an excuse for anything. I dropped out because of my own reasons (which I've already mentioned AND WILL NOT repeat again). I dropped out because the school system failed to educate me. I could not graduate with my class because of my school's and school system's failures, and I wasn't going to graduate with any class other than mine. When you get older and more mature you'll understand the logic behind this.

I noticed some of my posts were removed, none the less Gary I know exactly what you mean, I was faced with a similar issue, I had/have a learning dissability on top of that which made it even more difficult. I dropped out for a few months in Grade 10 due to this, returning a few months after.

I like high school because it's challenging work. In middle school, I really didn't feel challenged. I don't like to do HUGE amounts of homework though. By huge, I mean like 1-2 hours of homework PER class.
Yah, same here. Last year in ninth grade, the classes were a bit too easy for me as a lot of stuff were things I learned already years back. This year I am taking higher level classes and am being more challeged. I like challenging work, but not difficult work.

I hate doing too much homework. I don't mind taking TOO MUCH EASY homework or LITTLE CHALLENGING homework but too much hard homework, which is happening to me, is annoying. <_<

who said you did? I figured some smart ass would say something "my parents" made me...I'm not sure why it looks as though you're yelling at me, but I'm trying to put my post in a nice way...if you can't see that...surely I don't belong here.

My parents had no effect on my decision. It was based personally on my own values and beliefs. Al, I needn't tell you that no one is keeping you here. Just ask Dan and Gil.

Thunder, I don't know what's going on. Maybe Stephen did it?

It looks like it was Stephen. Just please don't argue. It seems that every time i make a topic/poll, a conflict arises. <_<

And I'd say that 80% of the time it has nothing to do with you. Its not your fault.

I know that. It's not your fault either. The arguing just needs to stop. :whateva:
