Is there a cable that has A/V on one side, and coaxial on the other? I want to use an A/V connection to my tuner for better quality video. I don't see results on google?

I don't believe anyone makes such a cable. I'm not sure that you could combine the two.

Ugh, my tuner only has coaxial outputs, coaxial doesn't provide the best picture.

So you connect A/V cable to the modulator and a coaxial in it too?

Nope, what you do is just hook up the AV cables, then it outputs it in coaxial format... It's basically a $15 redundancy box / paper weight... That box will provide you with a coaxial output, and so does your receiver... However, that box may provide a better quality coaxial output.

I have an s-video cable also. So I connect the s-video cable from my receiver to the modulator, and then a coaxial from the modulator to the tuner? And i get s-video quality video on the tuner?

You can't get S-Video quality over Coax.

Not really. When you convert one method to another, it's not possible to maintain the same quality, because of the different architectures/standards.

Audio has nothing to do with video quality.

Coxial can distribute stereo audio.
