Title: Christmas list
Post by: wxmediafan on November 30, 2008, 01:25:53 AM
So, what are some of the things that you are asking for Christmas this year?

For me, some new accessories for my new car, and some jeans, I need jeans..ha.

It's also been kind of a tradition to get a huge bag of sour skittles these past few years, I love 'em.  I also get a new wallet every Christmas.

I'm also wanting this new book called  "Un-Natural Disaster" by Terry Swails.  He was a former cheif meteorologist at the NBC afilliate here, and was fired because of money negotiations.  He wrote one book called superstorms, and it was awesome!  Hopefully I can get it signed tomorrow (well.."santa" can get it signed :P )

Wii Music, some accessories for Wii Fit, and hopefully a Best Buy gift card.  BB gift cards are what I get a lot...gonna save them up this year for an HDTV.

A 50$ iTunes gift card. :P I had one last Christmas and used up the entire gift card within 2 months.

I'd also like a pilot console for my computer so I can play Flight Simulator X with it. I have FSX but it's incredibly difficult to control the aircraft without the console. (I was using my keyboard)

I don't need iTunes cards this year. I still have over $100 left from all of the cards I got last year!

Anyway, I recently got an Xbox 360 and need stuff for it so...

Extra controller
Networking adapter
NASCAR 2008 and 2009
Project Gotham Racing 4
Driver Parallel Lines
Burnout Revenge
Need for Speed Prostreet
Dirt

-Wii Play for the Wii

- EyeTV Hybrid USB Tuner for my laptop (so I can finally record higher quality Weatherscan clips)

You don't drive yet? I've had a permit since January and will probably be taking the road test within a few weeks. There's a 2-3 week wait right now so I should probably schedule it pretty soon.

Mine is rather short right now too:

-New pair of boots (my left foot gets wet in my current boots, so I must have a hole somewhere)

-Hoodie or Fleece coat

I actually had a LOT of music equipment on the list, but since our price limit is lower now (economy, etc.) I'm just asking for any 22" LCD monitor and money.

I don't really care much about getting gifts. Money is always good, because then I can save it and buy whatever I want.

This HP model (http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/searchtools/item-Details.asp?EdpNo=3658625&sku=H25-2204&srkey=w2207) is the one I have, and is kickass.

Also, it looks like I might be getting a car this Christmas, as well.  A 2001 Ford Taurus.
