Charter/Time Warner update.
« on: September 22, 2016, 06:30:22 PM »
They have moved Time Warner and Charter Spectrum under a new name: Spectrum.

The logo is in the URL.
And a few headends have not gotten the Spectrum name yet. I will soon have a full list of headends that have not moved over yet.

Well I've saw a Time Warner headend yesterday and it still as of yesterday was still referred to as Time Warner Cable with no mention whatsoever of Charter or anything, although I also saw 2 headend commercials that I recognized from a year ago, one for a book called Stem to Story and another for an On Demand show called It Ain't Rocket Science with Time Warner Cable logos, none of the other headend commercials I recognize from a year ago but are still referred to as Time Warner Cable, I guess it will take some time for the Time Warner Cable name to quit existing.

I think it could be one of two things:
a) non-mandatory switch-over
b) slow transition
