Discuss about the first kids network, Nickelodeon.

While I did watched Cartoon Network during my childhood, I became interested in Nickelodeon's history, and became an active follower of the network.

I now run a gimmick account on Twitter showcasing its schedule, news, and historic events over the years. https://twitter.com/NickSchedules

Speaking of history, there's now a Wiki dedicated to its schedule. If you're curious which shows Nick aired on a particular, this is the place. (All sources comes from local newspapers). https://nickstory.fandom.com/wiki/Special:WikiActivity

I watched Nickelodeon a lot when I was a kid, back in the late 80s and early 90s. Lots of memorable shows back then. One thing they did back then that drove me crazy was when they'd promote a show and not tell you what time it aired. For example, "watch Lassie, every day on Nickelodeon!" Watch it WHEN!?

In prime time, Nickelodean was Nick-at-Nite, when old shows such as "Hogan's Heroes", "Car 54 (Where Are You), and "Mr. Ed" was part of it's programming.
