Title: Bouncing Train (Real Bad RR Track)

Well trains are supposed to "bounce" a little. Its to keep them from derailing. Think of it like a ceiling fan. When its on it bounces around. This is so it doesnt pull out of the wall. On a train if there is a strong wind or sharp turn that bouncing helps keep it stable on the tracks.
