I have a older Mac that I am looking to sell, and I know several people here are avid Mac fans. It is a Power Mac 8100/80. It is in good conditions, and runs fine. I haven't had it on in awhile, but IIRC it is running OS 6.x.
If you are interested, let me know. I am not setting a price. Make me an offer.

OFFER!!!!!!!!

Well if it were me I'd make it free :P
-
I don;t want to get rid of it for free. ;)

I'm desperate for a new computer. I've been looking for one for weeks. $180?

This isn't a "new" computer. ;)

OS 6 doesn't even run on a PowerMac, it was released 1 million years before PowerMacs came. ;)

A penny? How about a nickel? I'll throw in an extra dollar if you'd like :P

It doesn;t have to be new. What does the PowerMac runon?
-
No, the Power Macintosh IS the computer.
It's one of the first Power Macs, from 1994.

Can I make my iBook a dual boot machine with OS 9 and 10, or do I need to have two harddrives to do this? There are programs I use that don't work well with OS X's classic environment.

No, anything with a PowerPC G4 and UP is not capable of booting OS 9, other than in Classic mode.
-
No, there have been G4's out before OS X came out. The first G4 was released in 1999, and OS X was released (as a final version) in 2001.

OK, then the iBook G4 is the first newest computer, G4 and up, that can't boot directly into 9.
