Any Solar Flares Reported?

Are there any Solar Flares that we're not aware of? Because the signals on Time Warner Cable have been messing up. It's not just The Weather Channel, it's every channel. The reception on each channel if fizzling out almost to the point of going black every 5 to 15 seconds.

That doesn't necessarily have anything to do with solar flares.
