Me neither Matt. I guess from putting up with him as long as we have nothing surprises us. 

I think you hit the nail on the head Derek. It takes a great deal of patience, maturity, and responsibility. From experience, and from a guy who isn't always the most patient, I can tell you that there are days when the job is very difficult. The main reason I am able to do this is from observing how Matt ran his board. I don't know if you all have ever picked up on it, but I try to emulate Matt very much. He's a very effective administrator.

Yup, your exactly right. That was one reason why I chose to give Gil and Felipe a chance here-to show that my personal feelings about them and their past behaviors didn't count unless it happened again here. Thus they each got a chance, and unfortunately both failed miserably. But sometimes, try as I might, I still let my personal feelings get the best of me, and it shows.
