Yeah, to make sure there's no confusion, Gil did get banned. He apologized to me profusely last night for yesterdays behavior and swore he wouldn't do it anymore. This morning he came on with the same attitude he had yesterday, and I could sense that we were going right back to where we were yesterday, so I shut the door on the problem before it got started.

Yes. In fact, that's the beauty of this punishment. I think it would be far worse for him to see what's going on and wish he could be a part of it, then to not be able to see what's going on, and so not wish he could take part. As the saying goes, out of sight, out of mind. I can guarantee you that as long as this site isn't out of Gil's sight, it won't be out of his mind.

Yes, he will be allowed back. right now, his ban is set at 14 days. It may or may not be shortened, depending on his behavior. Right now, I have no intention of shortening it.
