Honestly, who cares. If you have a job, you don't have to go to work. We live in a society. Absolutely no reason for people to not contribute.

Darn, if only elections were held in 2009 :P

I would love to vote in this election, because possibly, it could be a historic one.  Scratch that, it already has been historic.

I just can't believe it's already been about 4 years since the last election :wacko:

Oh well.

I've pretty much decided that Barack or HIllary would do a fine job.  They basically stand on the same side with most issues (there are a few they disagree on).

I believe voluntary jury duty would be much more effective then cumpulsory, a) because the courts would actually and homogeneously have jurors who want to be there, and b) Voter turnout would shoot up.
