Well it was 10 minutes ago, so it still could've happened.
It did happen 10 minutes ago. ;)

From what it sounded like, it was an ongoing thing, not a one-time deal.

Not to me. Since this issue is fixed now, it doesn't really matter. ;)

I see everything normally...
Check the time of the posts, Gil. ;) The issue is fixed now (obviously).
Well it was 10 minutes ago, so it still could've happened.

Seems like that's more than enough time to determine that the problem must not be happening anymore.

And no one said anything that it was fixed, so how would I know?

No one saidanything, because there was nothing more to say. It was over.

I just thought that someone would say "back to normal" or whatever

I was going to but I figured you'd get the same message if I didn't continue saying that I was seeing it.

Now that I have TWC, I have it on a 12 hour buffer so if anyone sees screw ups that arnt star related, such as OCM screwups / master screw ups let me know asap (up to 12 hours after the event) and I can go back and save it..
