Weather Channel, Others Sue Fcc Over Dtv Rule

According to an article in the Virginian-Pilot The Weather Channel and several other cable networks are suing the FCC over a requirement to carry both a digital and analog signal for three years after the 2009 analog cutoff. They claim it might cause some carriers to drop their programming. Here is the article:

Channels will be suing just about everything now these days <_<
