Weatherstar XL Warning Scroll; Severe Thunderstorm Warning

Severe Thunderstorm Warning overwhelms us... strong winds blew down some cast iron furniture and we had some horrible thunder and lightning. According to the EMA report, there were trees down and power outages (along with a 46kt recorded gust).

WeatherStar XL in Ozark, AL

Just bought my tuner yesterday and took this video. I attempted to take the WX ID with it, but it failed... hope you like it.

Oh, I am so not a fan of the XL!  If I had to choose the version of the XL I liked the most, however, it would be the first one.

An FYI, but the LAT48s is only for one LF chosen by the admin and does not count at another time regardless if it was the LF 24 hours later or just the next LF following the chosen one

Sorry about the double-post, but I have some important information to all TWCToday users who tried to view the video but was not allowed to due to country restrictions:

I have an Audioswap in progress at the moment, and you should be able to view the video within the next 20 minutes...

Yep...it was supposed to be just one LF at :57....beats me as to why you recorded a whole hours worth of LFs...

Well, it turns out that I spend several hours attempting to record the STAR and editing the video... to only get a bunch of negative comments. Not once have I received the first "thank you" or "good job." You're welcome, TWCToday community, for this video. Thanks for the appreciation.

Let's all calm down here.  Austin, the Local Across the 48s is sadly for just one local forecast on a certain day to get the benefit of comparing everyone at the same time, and those videos are posted in a special thread where Martin can upload them to the main site.  If it makes you feel better, I missed out on the first two chances while I've been here and only was able to get it on my third try.  The members are just confused over why you recorded the whole hour as they've been doing these events for a while.  So, even though your videos may not count for this particular event, there's nothing wrong with your contributions to the site for other purposes.

Austin, I thank you for your attempt!  You even said it was a mechanical problem that caused the issue, so it wasn't your fault.  Simply try again the next time we have one, but don't let that make you feel everyone is upset at you.  To the other members and admins, please don't escalate this issue any further.  I feel enough has been said for everyone to simply move on without any further consequences, and there's no need for people to be upset over this matter.
