Weather Channel Blimp?
« on: December 17, 2008, 08:26:01 PM »
Just came across a video on YouTube of a TWC blimp flying over the Oakland, CA area. I never realized TWC had (or sponsored) a blimp.

My super-awesome website!

My guess is that this happened during No Place on Earth because it doesn't have weather.com in Akzidenz-Grotesk Extended like was customary between 1998 and 2005. (weather.com also is www. at the front, another tipoff to the time period.)

What was the blimp used for? Is it for the Raiders game?
