According to the following article, the sale of TWC was finalized this morning:

Why is TWC still receiving Chicago video from WBBM (CBS O&O) as of today? Shouldn't NBC be putting a stop to that now?

Maybe not. TWC may be being treated as its own entity, entitling it to do as it wishes.

Tetiana (spelling) and Mike Bettes have both been on MSNBC today.

Right now, they're talking live to a reporter from WLS-TV in Chicago, an ABC affiliate.
