Title: I got a response from Chris Hoitsma about my complaint...

When TWC made the horrible decision not to preempt long-form programming during the tornado outbreak on 2/16, I sent them a respectful but scathing feedback form about that decision, and finally on Thursday, I got a personal response from Chris. At least they took the time to personally respond.

LOL, I'm sorry Steve but I can't share everyone else's enthusiasm. Chris' concern in that letter sounds about as fake as can be.  <_<

Yeah, knowing TWC, I'm don't think that they're going to change anything after Steve's complaint. :no:

TWC has been showing lame shows in place of severe weather analysis (unless the weather is affecting their top market(s)) for years now. I have to agree with Gary. Chris' response sounded very corporatey and forced.

...and I would have to agree with that as well. Today, there was moderate severe weather activity, but TWC chose to continue with the usual lineup of programming.
