Help - I purchased Trammel Stark's music and got NOTHING.

I went on Trammel Stark's Myspace page to purchase some extra tracks, because I had $4 in my bank account, so I had enough money to actually buy them.  I picked out four tracks, bought them, and when I clicked to download them... Nothing.  No notifications, no pop ups, NO MUSIC, nothing.

I just wasted four freaking dollars on nothing.  I checked the Snocap website, where Trammel hosts his music, and the ONLY way to contact them was through snail mail.  No phone or email.  There isn't even a help section, incase crap like this happens.

I am f :furious: ing livid.  I seriously want to smash something with a ballbat, I'm so angry.  I literally wasted what was left of my money on nothing, thinking I was going to get some music.  Boy, was I wrong.

Is there anything that can be done about this?

IIRC, Snocap requires a separate program to download the music. And the program works in the system tray. Did you download the program and run it? :hmm: I'm surprised their website doesn't have any contact info (very unprofessional). In fact, it doesn't seem to acknowledge the fans at all. :unsure:

I've downloaded from Snocap before and didn't need any seperate program. Let's stick to facts Matt. Nothing personal, we just needn't complicate matters further.  :sunglasses:

Go to the Snocap website and check your account. It should list the songs you've downloaded in your account. If not, then something went wrong during the process.

Excuse me!? I KNOW I had to download a program in order to download the songs. In fact, the program is still on my laptop. If you didn't have to download a program, great. But don't call me a liar just because you had a different experience! :furious:

You'd better make sure what that program's for, because I've downloaded over a dozen songs through Snocap with need for a program to do so. As you can see, Nicole figured out how to download her songs in just a few seconds with my help. So obviously I know a little bit of what I'm talking about.

If you want to get nasty about things though, I can tell you that your no different then anyone else here in that you can participate or not all you want I don't care. I'm tired of dealing with threats to not help, post, participate, whatever. Your free to do as you please, and its none of my concern.
